CIE members who have experienced difficulties opening DRM-protected documents purchased from the CIE webshop due to compatibility issues with Windows 11 and newer Adobe versions can now resolve the problem by updating to the latest version of the FileOpen Plugin.
Following collaboration with Accuris, it has been confirmed that downloading the updated FileOpen Plugin should eliminate the issues some people have encountered in recent months. No additional workarounds are needed—simply updating to the latest version should ensure seamless access to purchased documents.
