Next CIE Division 2 Meetings will be held for 6-8 April, 2000, at National Physical Laboratory, Teddington (near London), UK, under the following schedule.

Hotel Accommodation and Transportation

 
It is recommended that delegates for the CIE Division meetings stay in hotels or guest houses close to NPL [list of hotels in NPL area]. Information on transportation to NPL area will be available shortly. Those attending the CVS2000 conference may like to transfer to hotels close to NPL for these days, since travel from Egham is not easy. Egham is fairly close to Heathrow Airport and about 30 - 40 mins drive from NPL.
 
For CIS'2000, transport from Egham and NPL to Derby is arranged for Sunday 9 April and includes a visit to Chatsworth House, one of the most beautiful of the large English country estates. Delegates for the CIS conference will stay in hotels in Derby. Derby is about 100 miles north west from London, and it will be 2 to 3 hours by trains.
